I have determined a simple (but tedious) method of tracking down ACTIVE voter registrations for Philly PA residents that died prior to the election.

For proof... here are several DEMOCRATS that I identified that DIED on or before election day and are currently REGISTERED as ACTIVE VOTERS in PHILLY:

First, the format I'm generating:

First Middle Last DOB DOD ZIP Congress District State Senate State House Polling Place Polling Place Address

Here are the initial "proof-of-concept" DEMOCRATS that I identified:

Again... the above are ALL ACTIVE REGISTERED DEMOCRATS.

The technique is as follows:

1. Use the following link to get a current list of obituaries for Philly:

https://www.echovita.com/us/obituaries/pa/philadelphia?page=1

2. Look in the list of obituaries for people that show the age at death (e.g. (83 years old)) ... this record will include a DOB.

3. Click the link to display the complete obit and collect the FIRST, LAST and DOB (and DOD ... date of death).

4. Copy the full name and open a new browser tab and search (using Google):

"PERSONS FULL NAME" Philadelphia address

Note that the PERSONS FULL NAME is quoted.

5. Search through the Google results to determine the person's zipcode within Philly.... this is the most tedious part but actually not too difficult... look for white pages, spokeo or some of the other people finder sites.

6. With the FIRST, LAST, DOB and ZIPCODE in hand, visit the following link:

https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/pages/voterregistrationstatus.aspx

... and select the "Find your Voter Registration Status by Name" option.

7. Choose "PHILADELPHIA" from the "Select a County" select list and then enter in the ZIPCODE, FIRST, LAST, DOB.

8. Click search... if you get a hit, verify that the registration is and ACTIVE DEMOCRAT and if so, add their details to comment thread of this post... I'll continue to compile the complete file on my end... or develop your own list.... but whatever you do... make it known somehow to the campaign. Tom Fitton... someone!
