The problem the courts are faced with is do the courts follow the state election laws, or do they do what is convenient to keep the democrats happy. Following the state election laws as written will lead to massive numbers of democrat votes being rejected. It's not going to be a few hundred or a few thousand democrat votes tossed out. In just Pennsylvania alone, there hundreds of thousands of votes that were counted in violation of existing election laws. Do the courts just pretend violations didn't happen or do they something about it. We're going to find out very soon if we are nation of laws or of men. Do laws matter when they become inconvenient to follow.

Following the state election laws as written will lead to massive numbers of democrat votes being rejected. It's not going to be a few hundred or a few thousand democrat votes tossed out. In just Pennsylvania alone, there hundreds of thousands of votes that were counted in violation of existing election laws.
