To be fair, I'm pretty sure they are offering him a deal right now. Like letting some of his EO intact when they get into office, if he concedes now and stops contesting. Which of course he'd need in writing, because their word is bullshit.
But if they know their business, that's what they do. And he will certainly consider it. If he does not have much proof of fraud, not even a conservative court could just bend the law. If there is a good chance he'd lose in court, he might take a deal. Personally, I think the anti-CRT EO and the patriotic education commission might be worth it. Dunno if the international trade agreements would be on the table, too much money riding on them for the globalists (including GOP snakes).
But that's just my guess what's happening behind the scenes right now. Of course such deals aren't only extended to him, also to others in the administration; nice cushy jobs or the like for their assistance in convincing him or even backstabbing him. Ugly times right now.
Who would make a deal with those lying creeps? What are you talking about, a "contract" that would restrict a new president's power to modify old executive orders? What kind of crazy unenforceable "contract" is that?
Conceding gets him nothing.
The left already hates him. Establishment rhinos also hate him. The squishy center doesn't even know he's fighting in court, so don't care either way.
And then there's us. His (and the counties) rabid supporters.
We want all the fraud exposed. And the supreme court will just have to decide if they want to handle this like men or cucks.
