Yeah, this election has been massively rigged but the fact is that we need to flip multiple states - PA, MI, WI and GA at least to bring Trump the victory. the scope of the whole thing is pretty unprecedented
However not all these issues will reach SCOTUS. It takes months for legal petitions to go anywhere, let alone in 1 month. I believe SCOTUS will rule on one of these, most likely PA that’s already been brought to SCOTUS... but how are we going to overturn all the other states?
What will Team Trump ask for ? I doubt any court will void the entire state’s result or order new election. Guiliani said that some ballots may be set aside but what if the dems have mixed all the ballots up?
There needs to be a water tight legal case here
Provisionals have to be identified and cured before counting them and there is a last date deadline for that. I doubt most have been cured , atleast in Nevada it seems the election officials instructed the voters to just drop the provisionals. Really pathetic what’s gone on in dem states
Those states and maybe a few others were won on Nov 3rd before they manipulated the numbers and got caught doing it.
My speculation: general strategy = Examine (forensic audit/investigation, witness testimony)
