Shortly before announcing he was running for President, the laptop was sent to the Mac Shop in Delaware. They knew that Biden was compromised with the blackmail material and needed a way to clean up Biden for the Presidency. One way to neutralize blackmail material is to make it public. The laptop was dropped off on April the 12th and on April 25th Biden announced his candidacy. It is my contention that the intelligence community was involved in preparing the laptop for dissemination. They needed a way to get the material out and this was the method they used, rather than having it leak out of the intelligence community making it difficult to control the roll out of the material. It may be the case that Giuliani and Bannon unwittingly were doing the bidding of the intelligence agencies.
