Election Summary Report for Gwinnet County, Georgia. Total Population: 936,250 Total Registered Voters: 581,467 Voter Participation: 408,268 (70.21%) Ballots Cast?

811,836.

1.36 ballots per registered voter. 1.99 ballots per participating voter.

I haven't had this much fun with math since high school. 26.6% of Gwinnett is under the age of 18 (249,042). Number of legal adults (including those that didn't/can't vote) is 687,207, which would be our theoretic maximum amount of ballots, at a 100% registration/participation.

So my very final question is thus: How in the world were there not only 230,369 MORE BALLOTS than registered voters, but 124,628 MORE BALLOTS than there are adults in Gwinnett County?
