Not that I am a big fan of courts or judges but....you realize every judge in the nation is probably doing legal research this weekend right? Especially SCOTUS and any judges in swing states. You are assuming SCOTUS is jerking off playing Xbox all weekend. I highly doubt that. They are on the phone, in their personal law studies, looking up old cases, and mentally preparing themselves for what is about to come. Or so I would assume.
