I don't think there's ever been a precedent for that. It would be like if we had proven that Obama was born in Kenya, but he'd already been in office for two years.

The Constitution doesn't provide a provision for what to do if material election fraud is discovered after a winner has taken office. If Biden were proved to be complicit, then he'd need to be impeached and removed from office. Which probably wouldn't happen.

Honestly it would be a constitutional crisis the likes of which we've never seen.

No, voting for president on a ballot ... is actually just an opinion poll.
You are telling the State Legislature how you would like them to allocate the states electors. Even if there was a fraud and the state legislature was misled, well tough tits, they sent the electors and you can get fucked.
I believe in Bush v Gore, SCOTUS wrote there's nothing stopping the state legislature just saying ... "fuck you and your vote/opinion poll we're sending the other type of electors, they may pay a strong political price, but legally is okay."

You can only remove a president via impeachment. They could try and see what happens.

He can't be made President if there are recounts and litigation going on, there are additional rules that cover if no President has been chosen.

Doesn't it go to the Congress if no one is elected by January 21st?

Or do ongoing legal matters get to play out?

Yes to your first question, which would give it to Trump and Pence. On the ongoing legal matters, I am not sure.

We will see what happens. Should be an interesting few months ahead. OP clearly stated "what if Biden is inaugurated". In that worst case scenario he would need to be impeached.

He won't win the nomination, it would go down to a vote in the House and Senate despite Nancy's dreams of empire. And Trump and Pence would win that vote as the Reps have the statistical advantage in the House (different from head count) and control the Senate. Then IMO you will get Pelosi asking the UN to come in and overthrow Trump, that should make for an interesting year or two.

Nope. I may be slightly off on this but as I recall the rules say if there is not a President elected by I think it is Jan 1, then the House votes for who is President.

And although the House is held by the Dems, the seats the Reps have carry more votes. So the decision is the Reps. And I believe the Senate chooses the VP, also held by Reps.

Each state gets one vote in the house in this case?

Bonami 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, there is a formula that give the decision to the Reps in this case. You can find info on it online

We don’t allow an inauguration

This is why each state's legislatures need to do recounts and certify Trump bring the winner before December.

Focus on getting Trump reelected first, fraud later.

Hard to say what would happen as it's never happened before.

LOL. IF Biden were ever inaugurated they would crush and investigations and the media would cheer.

If the court cases go past December 14th and no electors have been certified, the Supreme Court sends it to the house delegates to decide the next President.

I think once the results are "certified" and therefore set in stone, even if you find out later you were mistaken, its too late because they have been certified. That's why you have the process you have now.
