Nope. I may be slightly off on this but as I recall the rules say if there is not a President elected by I think it is Jan 1, then the House votes for who is President.
And although the House is held by the Dems, the seats the Reps have carry more votes. So the decision is the Reps. And I believe the Senate chooses the VP, also held by Reps.
