Hypothetically speaking, we don’t prove the fraud until let’s say June 2021, months after Biden is inaugurated. Would he then be taken out of office and Trump put back in?

No, voting for president on a ballot ... is actually just an opinion poll.
You are telling the State Legislature how you would like them to allocate the states electors. Even if there was a fraud and the state legislature was misled, well tough tits, they sent the electors and you can get fucked.
I believe in Bush v Gore, SCOTUS wrote there's nothing stopping the state legislature just saying ... "fuck you and your vote/opinion poll we're sending the other type of electors, they may pay a strong political price, but legally is okay."
