That helps against someone photocopying ballots and mailing them in. Doesn't help when the poll workers are taking official ballot paper and marking them and adding it to the pile of legit ballots. Or doing the same thing overnight and dropping a box of them off as "found at the post office", along with help from a local judge that asks usps to scan all facilities twice a day to find the magic boxes of ballots that appear out of thin fucking air
Yeah, There needs to be ways that the entire voting process is entirely transparent...to the point where both dems and repubs agree on how the overall process is conducted and it is virtually impossible for voting fraud to occur.
