Then the value of all the homes will plummet. The poor people who purchased a house now owe more to the banks than the house is worth by close to double. Nobody will buy it because they see how bad the neighborhood is. The schools will fail as the smart people leave first. Test score averages plummet and the Burbs become...something less. Then they all get evicted. Then the banks get bailed out. then it repeats.
My mom posted told a couple family members about that and they told her it was fake news. I think they were thinking, "this poor dumb Fox News watching Trump worshipper". My mom sent them the policy on Biden's website. No reply.
