Nothing wrong with the 94 crime bill. We need more law and order. Maybe it wouldn't "disproportionately affect blacks" is blacks didn't disproportionately committed crimes.
agreed. most on this site are too young to remember or been alive during that crime wave in the US in the 80s and early 90s, and a lot of it was related to drugs.
