I'm in an engineering program and thankfully so, the general classes are just full of hatred for white men, the constitution, and capitalism. My TA is openly left leaning, I can't say anything out of line without my grades getting docked. I voted red in California all the way down. I used to think you guys were racists, can't be further from the TRUTH. It's opened my eyes entirely.
