So

Las Vegas

1,271,399 unsolicited absentee ballots were mailed out (UNSOLICITED mind you, with no way to OPT OUT)

Only **306 **returned as undeliverable (e.g. bad address).

0.02% (not 2%... zero point zero two percent)

https://www.nvsos.gov/sos/home/showdocument?id=9058

Except for Las Vegas, the statewide undeliverable rate averages 6.57%.

If Vegas followed the state average of 6.57% for bad addresses, then you could expect around 83,000 of the 1.2M ballots to be returned as "undeliverable or for bad address"

As far as the Voter Registrar's office is concerned, the ballots went out and were good. They can rightly claim ignorance.

If somehow these went to bad addresses on purpose, then they could have been scooped up anywhere in the mailing process. We already have evidence of malicious mail workers in other states.

This would work beautifully with ballots being counted without signatures being verified: https://thedonald.win/p/11PpU2vplp/a-whistleblower-has-come-forward/

WHY is there such a big difference in returned-to-sender unsolicited ballots between counties?

306 in 1.2M is many many standard deviations away from the mean of 6.57%

Is Vegas REALLY that much more efficient?

WHY didn't they make it back to the voter registrar?

WHERE are the 83000 undelivered ballots?
