Reminder: if electors aren't chosen before December 14th Trump will win the election in the house of representatives
LANDSLIDE 2020
Once the lawsuit drops expect to see far more cooperation from democrats. If the lawsuits aren't resolved in time Trump wins.
Biden's chance of becoming president is on a time bomb. Trump can win by just slow walking the legal process.
The contested states all have Republican senates. They won't certify the results if the lawsuit is still ongoing.
I guess you could say Trump has a trump card up his sleeve
Trumps base must be visible in the streets. This is one of the primary necessities to continue.
The courts know they have to make a ruling in time.
One way or the other, and if it requires the Supreme Court, then so be it, the courts will have to address any grievances. If they fail to do so, then the entire election is suspect and courts can invalidate all sorts of stuff afterwards.

Uh... Democrats control the house...
When they say "house" its based on state majority. There will only be 50 votes casts. If I am not mistaken Republicans have the majority of house members in 28/50 states.
IIRC, each state gets one vote in the House, in this circumstance, not 1 vote per congress member.
However, as they are currently 'called' (kek), we have 25 states, they have 25 states plus District of Columbia, so 26. Although some of the 'blue' states currently called have more R congress members that will switch the state for Trump, I'm not sure about the makeup of each states legislature.
They don't have 25 states.
We are up 27 to 23.
Are you counting PA, GA, or AZ? Maybe I miscounted, but I didn't include those.
That's not germane in this instance. Unlike passing legislation, each state gets one vote in the House.
Unless rinos like crenshaw cuck out.
There is some debate whether the candidate needs to win 270 votes or just a majority of the ballots that arrive. Like, let's suppose Michigan fails to cast electoral votes. Does that mean you only need 262 votes to win?
I have been running on the assumption that you need 270, and if you don't reach 270 when the Joint Session meets and reads the ballots, then the House votes by state to choose the president.
Regardless, the ONLY way Biden wins is if the Congress accepts 270 or more of his ballots cast. Faithless electors, electors unable to meet, etc... could all spoil that.
Why would congress reject ballots cast on 12/14? For a number of reasons, not the least of which is because the elections were not properly run. We rejected ballots during Reconstruction if we felt that the states didn't protect enough rights. We can do it again.

The Madman knew all along. We can just drag it out until Dec 14th and let the state legislatures vote for president.
We are up 27 to 23 right now in state legislatures.
Is this true?
The complete silence from Trump himself on this election means one of two things: we're either really, really losing... or really, really winning. I honestly can't tell.
If we were really really losing wouldnt he have conceded? HOLD THE LINE
His silence is putting even more pressure on Lefties bc all attn is on them right now. Look how panicked they are seeing him so calm. Hes letting the world see what their true motives are.
