Once the lawsuit drops expect to see far more cooperation from democrats. If the lawsuits aren't resolved in time Trump wins.

Biden's chance of becoming president is on a time bomb. Trump can win by just slow walking the legal process.

The contested states all have Republican senates. They won't certify the results if the lawsuit is still ongoing.

I guess you could say Trump has a trump card up his sleeve

The courts know they have to make a ruling in time.

One way or the other, and if it requires the Supreme Court, then so be it, the courts will have to address any grievances. If they fail to do so, then the entire election is suspect and courts can invalidate all sorts of stuff afterwards.
