This is just a screen shot of the first page. The nextfew pages are the same with the dates. Then you start seeing different dates within 1800. Then 1801...1802...so on and so forth. Page after page of it. I havent even got to 1900 yet. Nothingburger my ass. I found a 6 month old registered, voted, signed their name, and even mailed it back on these records.
Look at the top row. It has the date of birth. Then when they requested the ballot, sent back in and received. It wont give names of the people but it tracks their ballots status.

Those were identified as some kind of coding for domestic violence protectees.
I'd read somewhere that they put people in 1800s when they are in witness protection program, I think. Someone else is welcome to confirm that.
