I think for this to be true, we would need a second circumstance. For example:
Trump votes decrease overnight in some counties.
Some Trump counties were still counting when this occurred.
If 1 or 2 were true, then something like a weighted cluster algorithm (k-means? KNN?) could have been used. But, they forgot or thought they didn't need to have a max population for k (counties), which would explain things like 105% voters.
However, I don't think 1 or 2 are true. More digging is needed either way.
Sounds interesting, but it could just be a LARP. I only trust trump and his legal team. Waiting to hear more from them.
