I've thought about this a lot and Trump is just not someone who'll give up because of Media scrutiny. Will going through the courts guarantee him victory? No. But if he does so and even proves there was SOME fraud that went on it will go a long way to discrediting a corrupt establishment that has made their mission ensuring no outsider ever makes it to the White House again.

You also have to build your case and present it with your team, all of which takes time. The Trump team knew there would be fuckery, but not 100 percent where and why exactly, so they had to sit early and wait to see where the fires spawned, but now they are mobilized.
As for Jared, I'd say its fake news until proven otherwise. In the current climate where the major media groups are desperately trying to crown Biden king, they will put out doomer stories to wear down people like you, break your spirit, and accept their outcome. Nypost is tied to FOX, and its clear they really wanted Biden to win by Weds night. They were the conservative news group to crown him first and allow the rest to follow. Didn't happen.
Why isn't Trump saying anything? Nothing productive to say right now. He needs to let his men work and do their thing in peace. He should only chat when there are results. I wouldn't worry at all about him being sad or panicked, though. There are phone videos of him at the Virginia golf course, playing golf and taking photos with a wedding couple at the club. The last point I can throw out nears conspiracy, but I give it some life only because Sydney Powell is involved. She is a well known Lawyer who has been defending Mike Flynn, and she is well connected with a lot of people in Trump's world.On Fox Business a few nights ago, she said point blank that Hammer and Scorecard had very likely been used in the election, she has the evidence to back that claim, and she will be presenting said evidence to the courts very soon. But what are these two things? Well, to put simply, Hammer is a super computer developed post 9/11 to watch the US's enemies, and Scorecard was an app developed later in the Obama era to screw with elections. In whatever places the DNC/Obama machine decides needs help, the computer tries to manipulate scores as they are processed in real time and pop out changes up to 3% (anymore might go noticed). Do that in combination with the more traditional ballot stuffing, and you see why all the major contested states magically found Biden votes each night.
