I did not put it back in the mail; I drove to the polling site on election day and handed it to a poll worker who tossed it in a large container. There was a drive-thru just for this.
They also included a tracking number so you could go online and check that your vote had been registered.

My employer gave everyone paid time to vote early. Early voting was around for weeks. If "Trump killed the economy because covid" and everyone is without jobs, they had ample time to vote early. Unless you're work weeks are 30+ days, there's NO EXCUSE for late votes

The obvious issue is that if you include illegal votes in order to count the legal ones then those legal ones get cancelled out. Revote is the most fair. In person, with ID. Every single PA Citizen will be allowed to vote and vote once. Everything fake will be precluded. Have the National Guard or other servicemen do the count, overseen by observers from both parties. Everything on the up and up.

The point of having elections is to best ascertain the will of the people. If the ballots of a jurisdiction are shown to be tainted by fraud, or destroyed, damaged, or compromised in such a way that the clear signal of that will is lost, then the procedure is to effectively revert to a previous save state.
That is, to place the selection of presidential electors into the hands of the seated legislature membership. Thus the broad will of the people of the State is still knowable via their representatives.

GA - 10k (16 EC votes)
WI - 20k (10 EC)

One reason why 3 USC2 is unconstitutional is bc there are so many shades of grey on how it can be "legal" aka vague law. But here it is:
Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct. (June 25, 1948, ch. 644, 62 Stat. 672.)
So if it's legal, it lets State's Legislatures submit their list of Electors after Election Day IF they held an election for the purpose of choosing electors. And every State did this of course. So every State's Legislature can send in late its list of Electors.
But bc the US Constitution says (as sorta tacked onto 3 USC 2)
U.S. Constitution- Art 2. Sect 1 Clause 2 Choosing Electors: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, ..."
that the full and total power of the manner which Electors are appointed is with each State's Legislature. Which means, as written into the Constitution, the "elections" for POTUS/VP on the ballots cannot override the Constitution (ie the ballot totals are basically advisory(not binding) to the State's Legislature's actions.)
This is why so many of those fraudulent Biden/Harris ballots only have that bubble filled in bc technically they're NOT breaking most election laws, since unlike all the other elections on the ballot, the POTUS/VP is an advisory vote.

At best, given the grand scale fuckery with mail in ballots, it can be ruled that those received after the 3rd nov deadline cant be counted. But even this is a LONG shot, and there has been so much tampering that even if this is ruled, it would be a tough task to segregate the ballots. When a mail in ballot is received the envelope is tossed and the ballot is processed. In states like PA just to fuck with the GOP and perpetrate fraud, the GOP watchers were kept out and all the ballots were mixed, heck its even possible they switched in person ballots instead of mail ins.

Yes, all the issues with ballots of various kinds and handling, all have ways to be dealt with effectively. Mainly "other" elections are more easily cleaned up or redone if required; the POTUS/VP numbers are what throws everything off for most people/lawyers/etc.

I would like to add to the article: not just in Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, and the rest. Run the voter rolls data in all the states -- Kansas, Vermont, West Virginia, Oregon, Hawai'i, New Hampshire. Quite a few House, Senate, and state & local seats were impacted by this fraud. Currently, the Democrats are poised to have a very narrow majority in the House (3 seats). If enough data can be presented that seats were unfairly won, it might swing the House to GOP.

Good read but we already won this on Tuesday night. Every vote received after the deadline set in every single State by law will be ruled illegal and tossed out. Looks like there are about 96k ballots left to count. They have to break roughly 60% for Trump from him to win. On Wednesday we had something like 400-550k votes to count. So if they keep up this counting rate AZ will go into the Trump column today or tomorrow (assuming those ballots break at 60%). Either way we are headed for an automatic recount in AZ since the margin will be below 0.5%. So media won't be forced to call it.

In 2016 I voted in Denver with a mail-in ballot.
I did not put it back in the mail; I drove to the polling site on election day and handed it to a poll worker who tossed it in a large container. There was a drive-thru just for this.
They also included a tracking number so you could go online and check that your vote had been registered.
This time, however, I voted in NC. Went in person, used the voting machine. Taking no chances.
My employer gave everyone paid time to vote early. Early voting was around for weeks. If "Trump killed the economy because covid" and everyone is without jobs, they had ample time to vote early. Unless you're work weeks are 30+ days, there's NO EXCUSE for late votes

If the ballots of a jurisdiction are shown to be tainted by fraud, or destroyed, damaged, or compromised in such a way that the clear signal of that will is lost, then the procedure is to effectively revert to a previous save state.
That is, to place the selection of presidential electors into the hands of the seated legislature membership. Thus the broad will of the people of the State is still knowable via their representatives.

One reason why 3 USC2 is unconstitutional is bc there are so many shades of grey on how it can be "legal" aka vague law. But here it is:
So if it's legal, it lets State's Legislatures submit their list of Electors after Election Day IF they held an election for the purpose of choosing electors. And every State did this of course. So every State's Legislature can send in late its list of Electors.
But bc the US Constitution says (as sorta tacked onto 3 USC 2)
that the full and total power of the manner which Electors are appointed is with each State's Legislature. Which means, as written into the Constitution, the "elections" for POTUS/VP on the ballots cannot override the Constitution (ie the ballot totals are basically advisory(not binding) to the State's Legislature's actions.) This is why so many of those fraudulent Biden/Harris ballots only have that bubble filled in bc technically they're NOT breaking most election laws, since unlike all the other elections on the ballot, the POTUS/VP is an advisory vote.

But even this is a LONG shot, and there has been so much tampering that even if this is ruled, it would be a tough task to segregate the ballots. Aren't there digital ballots? I read the 130,000 at 4am were on a harddrive. I mean, it doesn't have to be a literal watermark on every vote, could be some kind of blockchain metadata.
There absolutely must be a physical record of these "digital ballots." There's no such thing as an all-electronic vote. If there's no physical ballot, they get tossed out.

A lot of very smart people are devoting a lot of mental energy to trying to uncover it. Those same smart people could be devoting that energy to other leads. Thing is, if Trump wanted it to be a secret, then we're not doing any good by telling the world about it. If anything, I'd say its a psy-op in the other direction. A diversion tactic, if you will.

I have unlimited metal energy. I can look into stuff all night and then work all day. We are looking at multiple states with several vote fraud issues, software glitches, process issues and recounts that need to take place, and the court led by Roberts might just say "fuck it this is too big and widespread, too many invalid votes have already been mixed in, we lost chain of custody so the results stand".
Several of the current SCOTUS have already telegraphed what they are going to do. The last test run with PA, before ACB, was a 4-4 tie on much closer issues.

I would like to add to the article: not just in Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, and the rest. Run the voter rolls data in all the states -- Kansas, Vermont, West Virginia, Oregon, Hawai'i, New Hampshire. Quite a few House, Senate, and state & local seats were impacted by this fraud. Currently, the Democrats are poised to have a very narrow majority in the House (3 seats). If enough data can be presented that seats were unfairly won, it might swing the House to GOP.
Starting Monday, the Trump Team will be in full gear, let's give them a head start.

The problem with all this is we know that the media will go into overdrive on Monday 'debunking' any and all claims or evidence presented to court and admonishing all claims of fraud of wrongdoing. They will also create the narrative that the nation will flip out if anything other than a Biden win is called.
What needs to happen is a sea of MAGA needs to show up very publicly all over the country with a clear message that this isn't going away and the result will not be accepted unless there is recounts and investigations.
As packed as the Supreme Court is with conservative thinkers, they will avoid any and all interference if they think it's the safest route and route least likely to cause civil unrest. Unless they know pedes are serious about not accepting the result they will cave in.

Good read but we already won this on Tuesday night. Every vote received after the deadline set in every single State by law will be ruled illegal and tossed out. Which is why President Trump said on tweeter on NOV 4th so many times stop counting because the US Supreme court is going to make each state follow the own election LAWS because most of these states extended the ballot counting and extended the period on being able accept Ballots with out making a new Law and they can't do that. So in a majorty of States a lot of votes will get tossed. Which will eliimate maybe half of bidens votes. Which in my opinion is why you hear stories of people trying to post mark the ballots at the Post office but they are screwed.

Looks like there are about 96k ballots left to count. They have to break roughly 60% for Trump from him to win. On Wednesday we had something like 400-550k votes to count. So if they keep up this counting rate AZ will go into the Trump column today or tomorrow (assuming those ballots break at 60%). Either way we are headed for an automatic recount in AZ since the margin will be below 0.5%. So media won't be forced to call it.
