What I mean is to know the DNC has done something and being able to prove they have done this may be difficult or impossible. It does not mean that they have not done that thing or that we can't understand it or see that it is wrong but it may be unprovable or at least very difficult.

So what I was hoping some of you guys who are citizens of America and a little more in tune with things than I, of the things you have seen, what do you think are kind of big prized hunts which are not easily provable but if the legal boffins can chase down may have big wins, or they may not ultimately get, even if they are obvious and knowable.
What are things that are ultimately not able to be proved and need to be waved off as just bad luck and a notch up as a win on the cheater's side and (what I am really interested in is what little things can they prove now that the DNC will really have to just concede on its face when presented easily obtained evidence in court?

The ABC is essentially a government funded (which means not having to worry about proper business decisions about money making and spending) company with the whole of top management being the most hardcore left wing social justice warriors, and that extends all the way down.
ABC needs to be completely defunded and sold off, taxpayers shouldnt be paying for a one sided echo chamber that does not represent them
About fifteen years ago when I was studying science I used to visit their science sections every day. Great aggregations under multiple sections like Environment, Archaeology, Technology, Astronomy etc. Eventually the whole site just tanked hard. Similarly with a show called Big Ideas (Tony Jones used to do the intros).
At some point I realised there was a narrative. Wait, this ancient civilisation collapsed due to climate change? Climate change technology? Climate pressure on animal species? Climate change on Mars? Etc.
Take 702ABC Sydney mornings as an example.
The host used to be Adam Spencer, who would always be talking to academics.
Now there’s a male and female host (MUH EQUALITY) who talk absolutely dribble, no education value, complain and criticise constantly.
But you said it - 15 years ago. There was no SJW/PC/EQ movement suppressing society 15 years ago.
Even take TripleJ as an example. The mid nineties were a golden time for rock music and JJJ was the absolute staple. I remember the presenters being fun, informed, amusing - and it was a lot more about the music. I’m sure they were Left but it wasn’t something that I even remember about that time period. About ten years ago I was shocked at how ordinary presenters were becoming. And that’s when I realised it was almost impossible for them to be edgey/funny under the yoke of political correctness. Eye opener.
Now they won’t even do their top 100 countdown (which was steaming hot garbage anyway) because “it’s invasion day”
