What I mean is to know the DNC has done something and being able to prove they have done this may be difficult or impossible. It does not mean that they have not done that thing or that we can't understand it or see that it is wrong but it may be unprovable or at least very difficult.

So what I was hoping some of you guys who are citizens of America and a little more in tune with things than I, of the things you have seen, what do you think are kind of big prized hunts which are not easily provable but if the legal boffins can chase down may have big wins, or they may not ultimately get, even if they are obvious and knowable.

What are things that are ultimately not able to be proved and need to be waved off as just bad luck and a notch up as a win on the cheater's side and (what I am really interested in is what little things can they prove now that the DNC will really have to just concede on its face when presented easily obtained evidence in court?
