Trump knows everything. Hillary got almost 66 million votes and Trump got almost 63 million in 2016. He said he won the popular vote by 3-5 million. Going by that, Hillary probably got only 58-60 million legitimate votes.

Fast forward to 2020, with Trump’s rise in popularity and the walkaways from Dems, vote switching software, etc. I’d say Biden got maybe 50-55 million legitimate votes...a solid 20-25 million less than his current count.
