While this is defies common sense it’s just circumstantial and thankfully not the (main) argument the Trump lawyers are gonna make. If it were, a 1st year law student would argue it down as speculative in a paragraph. We can discuss down ballots all month along with posting tweets from a guy who “voted 10 times” and it won’t get us anywhere near a persuasive argument for recounts or voids. What’s needed is a direct focus on the software issues, select ballot dumps and unscrupulous poll workers filing out ballots etc. get confessions and follow the money up the chain. This is a huge issue and preponderance is not enough for the Supremes. We need rock solid proof of interstate conspiracy to defraud the nation and I have the utmost faith Trump is gonna bring it.
