This whole thing got derailed by the fact that Trump actually had a landslide. To make Biden win, you need to add enormous vote totals in the few corrupt districts in each state. That's how milwaukee ended up with like 200 percent turnout while the state overall got pushed to 90 percent turnout- in a state that historically has around 70 percen turnout in every race going back decades.

The other thing is that since they had to add so many votes on such short notice, they had to economize on ballot filling- ie, only filling the one race instead of all the downticket stuff.
