Interestingly, a relative worked for the federal reserve (cringe,I know) and during one of the public health scares (decades before WuFlu) I remember they went out and contracted with local crematoria to incinerate any currency (exchanged for new bills, of course) that had been h by infected patients. Proven way to get rid of hazardous materials, right?
