I get that too, they want to demoralize and make all Trump supporters give up as well. And the years of Antifa riots also gives this unspoken threat of violence, if the courts do overturn the fraud then the country will go into riot mode. Whereas Trump supporters have been peaceful and we all have jobs and something to lose so you don't see us violently rioting all the time so courts may go with the "easy" option

We have to shift the overton window to prep the normies for exposing the corruption. Otherwise they will only see it as if Trump is trying to hijack the election, when in fact it's the opposite.
The trouble is Bush could win off one state which was already a hard fought legal battle. Trump has to win about 3 out of 4 or 5 landmark legal cases I'm not sure how many states he has litigation going in exactly. But we know PA isn't enough, and they stole Georgia, so we need at least 3-4 of Nevada, GA, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, PA.
If anyone can win Trump can, but he has to win three or four times as many brutal legal cases as Bush did
