Did congress set this-- the Time as Election Day, the first Tuesday after the first Monday (aka Nov 3, 2020 this year)? (Correct answer yes 3 USC1)
And who had the most Electors over 270+ by midnight on Election Day? (Correct Answer DJT/Pence)
And In 3 USC 2, basically says that States' Legislatures can submit Electors later, if they hold an Election; now if this is unconstitutional, Who decides that? (Correct Answer The SUPREME COURT)
If 3 USC 2 is unconstitutional, DJT/Pence have 270+ Electors.

DJT/Pence won the majority(270+ Electors) on Election Day.
Republicans gained more Senate Seats
Republicans gained more House Seats and haven't lost one yet. Realistically, we will take the House majority after the fraud(s) are removed too.
Republicans won most Governors contests of the 11 up.
Republicans won hundreds of State Legislature Seats
Republicans spent far less money doing it.
And many other contest wins too.
The Dems lost on every front, except on fraud and committing crimes from money laundering, illegal donations, illegal candidates, etc. which really is losing too.

Which is the exact arguement of 3 USC 2 being either unconstitutional or legal; either the Electors had to be appointed on Election Day as per 3 USC 1 OR the States can submit them late, which means Win or Win.
I was thinking the same thing. Bush v. Gore went to 3 recounts before Gore conceded on 12/13. The post makes sense logically, but SCOTUS would never say "welp, at midnight DJT was ahead, so that's that. see ya, bitches". They're going to rule on merits of the case put before them, which is probably going to amount to trying to define a "legal" ballot in a jurisdiction.

Are electors chosen based off of current State legislature seats or projected? They’re trying to steal senate seats too.
Republicans control 29 state legislatures and Democrats control 19. 2 are split. I think every state under scrutiny in this election has a Republican legislature.
Keep in mind, this is also the Constitutional replacement system for POTUS/VP (not the 20th Amend); So congress can set a Time(frame) for States' Legislatures to appoint their Electors, congress can set the Date which Electors vote; and these are signed/sealed(like a jury verdict) and sent into the nation's capital to be tallied, and revealed in front a joint session of congress.

Nobody has Electors on Election Day because no Electors were appointed by then. Still no Electors have been appointed.
