If 3 USC 2 is ruled legal (by a Roberts Majority), who controls the majority of States' Legislatures worth of Electors in the USA on that Electoral Map? (Correct Answer Republicans do.)

Can you explain this scenario a bit?

I feel we may be headed in this direction.

Are electors chosen based off of current State legislature seats or projected? They’re trying to steal senate seats too.

Republicans control 29 state legislatures and Democrats control 19. 2 are split. I think every state under scrutiny in this election has a Republican legislature.

Current State Legislatures appoint their State's Electors.

Republicans hold the majority of Electoral College Votes via State Legislatures.

Keep in mind, this is also the Constitutional replacement system for POTUS/VP (not the 20th Amend); So congress can set a Time(frame) for States' Legislatures to appoint their Electors, congress can set the Date which Electors vote; and these are signed/sealed(like a jury verdict) and sent into the nation's capital to be tallied, and revealed in front a joint session of congress.
