I don't think that's it at all. Trump knew there would be shenanigans. No way he purposefully allowed it to go on. Seems like he couldn't stop it from happening, just like he couldn't get Comey, Clapper, Strozyk, etc. indicted for their crimes. He couldn't get anyone arrested for the illegal FISA spying against him. And he thusfar, can't seem to get a special counsel started to prosecute the Biden family, to prosecute for the shit on the Weiner laptop, or the shit on Noodle's laptop that the Paki spy left in the capitol.
My hope is that Trump can prevail in civil, non criminal lawsuits he himself brings to get fraudulent votes and fraudulent vote counting thrown out. It's clear at this time that at no time during his first 4 years did he ever have control of the DoJ or FBI. Never. Not one day.
Personally, I'd fire Wray and Barr today, raid Durham's office to see what, if anything, Durham actually has, and get a special prosecutor appointed......today.
One of my big regrets is that Trump didn't fire top layers of management like other incoming administrations typically do. Obama swept the place clean when he started.

Why has Barr been silent?
Did they pick up something about the elections on a surveillance warrant? Did they decide to delay the investigation to keep the warrants up through the election and counting process?
If they had a surveillance warrant, was it a FISA warrant where they could use the two-hop rule to get the entire network of communications?
