Yep. Been using that one lately. I've also for years just make noncommital noises to give the illusion that I've been paying attention to anyone who says that our country is a Democracy instead of addressing it as a Constitutional Republic.
Also a good one, I've found, is asking whether or not the Constitution is a living document. If they claim that it is, nothing they say afterwards is worth listening to.

Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have made a couple of questionable decisions but I don’t think either should be labeled a fence sitter yet.

Laws don’t work unless they can be enforced. I think the Dems will simply ignore SCOTUS knowing the media will cover for them. They are probably daring someone to use physical enforcement. Which they would use their media to run optics of trump muscling his way in or something
