Voter ID is one step, but it's meaningless if the poll workers are the ones deliberately accepting, if not flat out filling out fraudulent votes.

We could have our elections with notepads and crayons if we had honest people running them. This wasn't handful of random illegal aliens or out-of-towners. This was a large, coordinated attack perpetrated with direct aid of the people in charge of election security in these areas.
