In Bush v Gore , Bush won only because Gore ran out of time! This case was never decided in anyone's favour by the courts. The courts only ruled on a way to do the recounts. But time ran out before the deadline of recounting expired
Most states have deadlines for recounting to be completed and total counts to be certified by state secretaries of state
Running afoul of these dates would mean no court case would be enough. Team and all of us should act quickly to do whatever we can!

SCOTUS can even overturn a ‘certification’, if it is part of and attempting to shield a deprivation from scrutiny and remedy.
Show the deprivation derived by fraud and other violations, and the SCOTUS can blow past those things.

Nice. But we need to challange 7 or more states within literally days. We need to flip multiple states.
All you really need (although I think you should go after more) is to invalidate the mail-ins from Detroit, Pitts/Philly, and/or Atlanta. 2 out of 3 of those and you win.
