Amen, I dont understand the county though. Everything outside of the city is super based, but Biden still got 237k votes this election cycle, 60k more than Hillary. I'm at a loss. My biggest issue with this is it's a safe way to fudge popular vote numbers in red states, and in Arizona it looks devilish enough to have serious consequences.
