I’m throwing this out there to see if it is possible to have a recall vote and make sure the polls are carefully watched. There is no way Biden survives a recall. I’m sure we would have enough signatures on a petition to do so.

Do you mean an entire new vote or recounts/audits of states? Because the latter is going to happen on top of piles of litigation. A whole new vote would be impossible
No, “recalling” is used by some states as a way for the people to remove a Governor or other state official. OP was asking if the same process existed for a President, which it does not.
