Ted Cruz's character arc is close to completion. We've watched the rise of a political powerhouse over the last four years, and it's all thanks to the MAGA movement teaching him how to win!

He doesn't seem bought off like the others in congress and he earned some of my trust back. I would vote for the zodiak someday.

Totally agree.

He's married to the big banks. His wife works for Goldman Sachs. Keep your eye on him, he's opportunist. He's only on our side after Don Jr called out the establishment

Keep your eye on every politician. Still, I think now is the time to see who is a RINO and who isn't. If I were a Republican representative or senator concerned only about my political future, I would consider jumping off the Trump train and appease those coming into power. I'm a person of principle and so I wouldn't do that, but I would recognize that I would be screwing myself over big time if Trump ended up losing.

Except he's just been barking. They could have done something about social media two fucking years ago..

Cruz, DeSantis, Noem, God, the field we'll have in 2024 is gonna be one of our strongest ever.

And best, they're YOUNG, the ones that don't make it have like 20 years to keep trying.

3
Strike_Eagle784 3 points ago +3 / -0

Combined with the strong gains we should gain in 2022 (Democrats have been expecting 2022 to be hard for them, regardless of how things go this year), 2024 will be a stacked deck.

3
DonttrustChina 3 points ago +3 / -0

Just gotta expose the cheating now, or "stacked deck" will be literal from now on.

1
John789 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why would 2022 be hard for them.

8
BidenCrimeFamily 8 points ago +8 / -0

I think it completes with him being VP or something to Pence in 2024, or as president some year.

Hardcouer 0 points ago +1 / -1

He was already by far the best alternative to Trump in 2016, so 'all' is a bit much, but sure, he's gone from strength to strength.

Notice Rudy hitting Pennsylvania and Ted hitting Michigan. Gonna be a good week.

Im a Texas pede. Voted for Ted twice.

Unpopular opinion. I like Ted and think he is a good man. That being said, fuck Ted.

He almost lost to Beto running a lazy campaign. All he does is comment via twitter on what we already know. He gives anecdotes on his podcast about cowboy boots at Harvard. He has been unprepared for three tech hearings. He buddies around with an illegitimate senator, Sinema. There is no Lion Ted.

Hes an appellate lawyer and needs to get his ass off twitter and Fox, be drawing a crowd on the steps of the DOJ screaming. He took an oath to defend the constitution against ALL enemies and anyone who doesn't recognize the entirety of the DNC and their proxies as the biggest threat this country faces and say as much, is as pointless as a diet crouton right now.

11
2020REBOUND 11 points ago +12 / -1

Yep he's just one of the best of the worst.

3
liberalfetchmycoffee 3 points ago +5 / -2

Not trying to form a consortium against Ted.

Again, debate and argument solve nothing. Life rewards action. If Ted wants to opine for a living and give play by play, he can become a sportscaster for all I care. Just my opinion.

8
mintscape 8 points ago +9 / -1

I'm mixed on Ted, I do think he looks good now but mostly because the rest of the Republicans are doing fuck all to help.

3
CrushAlot 3 points ago +4 / -1

Mr. Strongly-worded-Twitter-response himself. Yeah, this is a fair assessment. He’s reaching Gowdy levels of annoyance. Yeah - everything you say is correct, now do something!

emperors_apprentice 3 points ago +3 / -0

I like Ted, but you make a very valid and compelling point.

Ah ha ha! Omg. I live in tx too and that's a perfect description.

I made sure to send him a message asking what he planned on doing to support our president. Hope this was one of millions of others from normal people for him to be more vocal about this.

shade1k 5 points ago +5 / -0

If he wants to run for President in 2024 (and I'm sure he's thinking about it), he'd damn sure better be pushing for fraud-free elections. If they can steal it from Trump in 2020, they can damn sure steal it from Cruz in 2024.

Self-interest and doing the right thing rarely align, but in this case, you get a twofer.

You have to get to it, the machines will be updated to remove that code.

It's such a pity that those in power are not that tech savvy. Those that are would know that an internet connected vote tabulator is a joke and that we must isolate and get a machine to inspect before the offended software is removed to hide the crime.

2
wiombims 2 points ago +2 / -0

The code on these machines allows fraud by design and everyone involved in this knew it since 2016. The people who bought Dominion knew what they were buying. The republicans and democrats who allowed this software to be used were aware of the design "flaws" as well and chose to implement it anyway. I would not call that lack of tech savvy even in the improbable case that this software was never abused.

3
mintscape 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thank you, that makes much more sense.

4
RahkeemTheMachine 4 points ago +5 / -1

Couple anons on Twitter have been digging into it, claiming the fingerprints are/were being scrubbed

Ted is full MAGA now.

3
Barthaneous 3 points ago +3 / -0

Once he grew that beard his weasely look went away and his courage grew, his boldness grew and now im considering him for President 2024.

1
Barthaneous 1 point ago +1 / -0

Now image what type of Man Trump would be if he grew his beard? Emperor Trump would be the new Title.

2
123breadman 2 points ago +2 / -0

Don't think he can, rumor has it, he surgically removed his facial hair. You know since he is a business man and needs to be clean cut 24/7

3
jomten 3 points ago +3 / -0

As much as we fought with Ted Cruz in 2016, hes been the most consistent republican voice for the MAGA movement.

When Trump leaves office in 2024, id support a Cruz/Pence Ticket, or a Pence/Cruz ticket.

Although id prefer him as AG. These last 4 years have shown how important that position is, and how damaging it can be if the person in the spot is incompetent.

2
maestrolive 2 points ago +2 / -0

Definitely you should check out his podcast if you haven’t yet. Highly recommend it. Heck a Cruz/Noem ticket would be phenomenal in 2024.
