Predictit specifically says it will wait for judiciary... I think some have paid out for Biden based on media, but said they will also pay out if courts decide for Trunp, thus paying out double.
Yeah, that's what I've heard, but I can' confirm it. I'm shaking the trees here...
But each sites make their own rules are (in advance) of what winning means.
