Will Presidential Election Betting Sites be sued by "losers" if they pay out before the Congress confirms the Electoral College Votes?

I'm told that some have paided out already. Given Biden was on the losing side, I find this hard to believe. Nobody want to give back money, even Leftists (especially Leftists)...

Predictit specifically says it will wait for judiciary... I think some have paid out for Biden based on media, but said they will also pay out if courts decide for Trunp, thus paying out double.
