I live in the woods and use "Unlimited" 4G from "Walmart Family Mobile" (2000 GB / month for $50). Fast enough for high-def video, and I hardly use a tenth of those gigs...

We've come a long way since my first 2400 baud dial-up modem, that's for sure... 🤓

Yup.

I use an ssh tunnel (Termux running on cheap Android phone with WiFi hot-spot) and do everything from my laptops. That gets around the hot-spot gig limit.

I get to literally stream video to my 17" laptop every waking hour and stay under the limit of $50/month.

Thanks Bill Clinton, for handing them all of our technology. They wouldn't even be able to launch a satellite if not for Loral and Clinton.
