How many times has Joe Biden been filmed telling people to vote for someone else? This doesn't even include times where he lost his temper and just insulted people asking questions ("pony-faced soldier", "take this outside", etc).

He's a unique politician since he really didn't feel the need to earn votes, and he didn't mind sacrificing them whenever he got on camera or on stage.

Serious question: how many times have you seen Trump, 0bama, Hillary, Romney, McCain, Kerry, W, and others, tell voters to vote for the other guy while they were in the midst of a presidential campaign?
