Don't know where they got the quote from but it was about 5 seconds of Mulvaney saying, "Trump would absolutely run in 2024 if he lost, he doesn't like losing."
Don't know if Mulvaney is calling for him to quit or not I don't follow the guy, but he remains one of my favorites from the White House briefings.
