Tom Fitton/Judicial Watch Say Trumps team not filing the cases that can overturn. He says file on the Tuesday voting law
in an interview on Newsmax. As you know Judicial Watch has been the ONLY organization or investigation to successfully get relevant material from the deep state.
He says Trump's team arent filing the lawsuits that have the potential to over turn. He says they must file a complaint under Us cde 3 1 ! which established Tuesday as the SINGLE VOTING DAY IN THE NATION (i think it was in 1845) and thus all late ballots and late counted ballots are invalid. Trump w ins because he won the Tuesday vote.
It's disturbing that Fitton is saying none of Trump's team is doing the right thing but it doesnt surprise me. Trump has been badly advised for some time.

That's what we'd metaphorically describe as the nuclear option and the optics on it is going to be absolute shit. Walking up to that point is a way smarter than jumping straight into it. You know courts don’t let you file successive claims. You must ALL your claims upfront and then have rights to appeal to the Supreme. You cant try things and go back and back with different arguments.

We don't know what cases they are filing. He's a great guy, but Trump's team is stacked with great lawyers.

This seems to be a head fake. I see Tom as a willing participant in spreading disinformation to feign chaos and mentioning a Hail Mary as the only thing Trump’s team has left. There is a staggering amount of evidence that still needs parsed before working the “Tuesday” option. Jarrod Kuschner telling Trump to concede is another one. What does Trump have to lose in not conceding right now.
