Did the same thing during most of today with lawyers in FL, DC, VA and CA.

Prepare for a fight.

The shady shit in VA isn't getting any attention sadly, only the 4 contested states. VA should easily be lumped in with them from what I've seen. The 100k vote "mistake" in Fairfax. The 97k Biden votes with no down ballots cast. Counties like Loudoun that flipped 20-40% with one precinct out of 99 left to report and all of the sudden Trump up huge and then down huge. Oh and they use the dame dominion software/voting machines.

I know. Too many of our folks feel NoVa and CA are lost causes.

Remeber all the house races in CA in 2018...this was done there...we should not ignore CA.

I know.

Kim Young has nothing but my respect. Koreans are nothing if not tenacious.

Clearly this is what occurred to Cali during the midterms.

all of the races in all states need to be audited. the cheating is at that scale.

The problem is that legal defenses cost money, and take time. We are on the clock and we need to focus first on undoing a Biden Presidency.

That means prioritizing states where the evidence is the strongest.

The VA GOP should be leading the effort in Virginia, there isn't much they can do in the other states. From what I've heard, they are kind of a shitshow.

If they were putting forth a legitimate effort and asked for financial support, they would get it.

The lawyers workign on this should be doing it for free at this point. It's for the fucking future of the country for fuck's sake and they more than likely are paid well enough to live out the next year and then some without working a day. Maybe i'm just being a dick, idk.

I personally called VA for Trump on election night before the counting stopped.

Looked at the county view, tallied up the reported totals and the in-progress totals from the counties, and there wasn't enough space for it to actually turn blue like it had been called by Fox. My whole watch party basically knew shenanigans were up from the beginning of the night.

Yep! I almost fell off my couch when Foxnews called Virginia for Biden an hour after the polls closed and with with LESS THAN 1% reporting. Shennanigans is to polite of a word.

Lets hope the Democrats investigate this endlessly and end up exposing their own fraud cuz they're retarded

Other guy isn't a lawyer.

He's a (L)ibertarian larping as a lawyer and I gave him the benefit of the doubt, nor did I want to out him.

I just wanted him to back off but our sides' retard-extremists aren't smart enough to notice when they've been caught.

Lmao. You have no fucking idea who i am. You are about as accurate at identifying me, as you are with understanding the law. Pathetic - if in fact you’re an attorney.

You did what with lawyers?

EDIT: if anyone wastes their time and continues to read this thread, be sure to verify with your own research. If you prefer, listen to Mark Levin’s show from tonight. He and Ken Starr explain this process fairly clearly.

I'm a lawyer, I hang out with lawyers and I shitpost here.

I'm not an election lawyer but I have friends who are, and I consulted with them over what the next steps are regarding the election.

Most of my network are Florida Bar and the defenses were most targeted there to defend against the steal.

From my conversations with them, they feel confident that PA, NC and especially fucking GA is going to an audit or votes counted after 8pm EST Nov.3 will be tossed out if not outright an entirely new limited vote is called there.

Any indication of a timeline? Or at least the path? If a federal case is filed tomorrow, will it start in a district court and then go directly to SCOTUS on appeal? Any chance that similar cases will be combined into one larger case, or would a ruling on PA be used as precedent in other cases so SCOTUS would not take up an appeal?

I'm not a lawyer. I only know the basic federal court structure and assume that these will at least get fast-tracked if not even skip directly to the Supreme Court.

43
PeaceThroughStrength 43 points ago +43 / -0

I think it will be fast tracked.

Election law is not my particualr arcana but going through ConLaw/CivPro notes, SCOTUS should have original jurisdiction over this issue and not go through a song and dance at every state.

Do you think a new statewide vote is likely?

5
PeaceThroughStrength 5 points ago +7 / -2

Don't know.

Imho its the most "fair" remedy but I don't do enough of this area of law to guess and I believe this is such an extraordinary situation that all remedies are on the table.

2
Jadeity2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seems very unlikely, they would have to hold a new vote for all offices on the ballot, not just president, and the USSC will be looking for the most limited relief possible consistent with the law as they hate to get involved in deciding elections

Too much shenanigans in play for all states in question. All states may be brought to court by the Trump administration.
