I think it will be fast tracked.

Election law is not my particualr arcana but going through ConLaw/CivPro notes, SCOTUS should have original jurisdiction over this issue and not go through a song and dance at every state.

They would have to fast-track it. Elections are incredibly important (one of the most important things in our country) and there is only so much time between now and December 14th.

I bet if it gets in front of a lefty judge he/she will try to slow roll it.

Just look at what Sullivan has been allowed to do.

More lawyer Pedes need to be posting on here. We understand it's a legal process from here out. But getting an in depth explanation be nice to read.

Especially if mods sticky them.
