Don't know.

Imho its the most "fair" remedy but I don't do enough of this area of law to guess and I believe this is such an extraordinary situation that all remedies are on the table.

How is it fair? They've massively cheated and got caught. They shouldn't be offered a redo. The pool of ballots they poisoned should be disqualified, end of story. Disenfranchised voters should direct their ire and lawyers to the Democrat party and the election in 2022.

We haven't proven they cheated yet.

We need to prove these things to a certain standard.

Rudy Guiliani is an idol of mine. I would have wanted to work for him in Greenberg Traurig but the Trump Presidency happened. I trust GEOTUS and I trust Rudy.

Maybe I'm operating under an erroneous understanding here, but it seems that there's only one reason to prevent dozens of poll observers from being able to do their job, and to further defy an order by the Supreme Court, and that's fraud.

While it hasn't yet been presented in court, there are literally dozens of witnesses and statements under oath already made known by Rudy. Barring some sort of corruption or FUBAR legal prescription, fraud seems to only sane conclusion a court (or other observer) can find. I fail to see how letting the fraudsters have a second attempt is any sort of remedy.

Frankly, that has to be proven in court and then we can lay it on the table.

I know.

I don't know what to say but atm all we have are our convictions and opinions, and to allow the system to be robust enough to pull through despite the subversion.

Ballot Box (Failed); Jury Box (You are here); Ammo Box (Loaded and full).

Most fair remedy?

What in the flying fuck are you talking about? The Supreme Court cannot amd will not order a new election. This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard.

The case - I’m not even sure what case this dumbass is referring to anymore - is not being heard by the Supreme Court immediately. Each state will have their own suit or possible multiple suits. Each will then wind its up the ladder from there to ultimately be heard by the Supreme Court if in fact it gets there.

STOP LISTENING TO THIS IDIOT PEOPLE.

Stupid.

It's happened on 2018 in North Carolina for a limited instance and may happen again.

Florida, 2000 had the SCOTUS sit in and tell Gore to sit down. Again, an unprecedented situation.

It's clear that this is an unprecedented event thus all possible remedies are on the table. You want a direct analogy which is impossible since this is an unprecedented event.

You lied to me and to everyone here by claiming you are an attorney when you can't even advocate or create a legal argument or form an analogous construction to an unprecedented event.

Sit down LARPer. You don't know shit.

Haha! Rapidly typing I see.

You’re an ass. See if you can take ConLaw again if you actually passed the first go around. And may god help us all and your future clients if you manage to pass a bar exam.

Its abundantly clear that you're a libertarian retard with an unopened pocket Constitution.

I just finished an opinion to the IRS tonight and ahead of schedule. My record is spotless.

Dilate more tranny.
