People here keep saying the courts are going to “give it” to Trump but it seems far more likely to me the courts say something vague like “these votes are highly suspicious, the legislatures should take it into consideration when casting their votes.”

Is there any precedent of courts saying this law was broken, therefore these 200,000 votes must be nullified? There must be a recite? Etc...?
