This type of electronic fraud has been happening for years, and DemocRATS have been using many types of fraud for many decades (at least), but actually, the Bevin to Beshear vote switch happened in the 2019 KY governor race.

I don't have links but basically its a software used by the CIA in other countries to fuck with elections. There have been speculations since 2012 it's been used in our election. It flips votes electronically and helps get your preferred candidate elected.
I always wondered how the CIA would have a single software that could do such things with foreign elections. One would assume every country would use their own solutions, developed internally... Also why can it interface with US systems if targets are foreign countries?

That's not how elections work, even here. We don't use proprietary, internally developed software. The elections are mostly run by commercial companies that own the rights to the software/hardware and are contracted to manage the voting, tabulation, and reporting. Some states aren't even required to match physical ballots with the digital count to make sure there was no funny business.
In PA, I never even actually filled out a physical ballot. I casted my votes on a touch screen monitor which spit out a barcode, then the barcode was immediately inserted into a scanning machine to be processed and counted. There was no way to tell if the ballot actually showed who I voted for, as I can't read barcodes, and there's no feedback given once the barcode is inserted into the scanning machine.
It has nothing to do with ballots. It simply adjusts the tabulation which is sent over the internet to a central server where such a program could be easily installed. Then the networks get their live data from there.

Live in CNN a kentucky race flipped the top score cards votes from republican to democrat. the bottom scorecard did not update. basically 600 votes were magically given exactly the amount to the opposite candidate. the R went -600 , i believe it was 570, then the D went up the exact same amount at the same time.
