I don't think this proves fraud. He is factoring in ballots coming in randomly statewide, when it is precinct wide that they are coming in.

It is expected to be an upward shift because for whatever reason, these states decided to stop counting, especially in the democrat controlled areas.

So you don't see the shift in most states because they aren't retards and can count ballots in a uniformed manner. In the swing states, they very oddly stopped counting in democrat areas.

I still think ballots were injected or back dated, but this analysis can be explained.

Because democrat counties in those states all stopped counting ballots, which is suspicious, but also explains what those graphs are showing.
