For starters, begin to organize and network. When they come for you, I'd guess that neither this site nor social media will be available to you. By then you should already have contacts in your vicinity (phone and email) so you can get together and discuss the course of action. The people who organized the Trump parades could start with an email newsletter subscription offered to anybody willing to participate, though smaller, local groups would be preferable (so they can't take out the whole connection with just the leaders).
Get to know each other. Meet up regularly. Form a group in real life. The internet doesn't physically exist, it's just bits and bytes, electrical signals. Someone pulls the plug, it's gone and you sit in your home alone. Avoid relying on it.
